After a few weeks of hiatus in this blog (although not in other areas, what do you think of the new “look” of our website?) we are back with more tips than ever to share with you. These last few weeks of confinement have had at least one positive thing for us: finally<\/strong> companies are starting to realize the importance of digital marketing.<\/p>\n

And the fact is that resorting to digital marketing right now is overwhelmingly logical:<\/strong> if your customers are locked up at home, the only way you can reach them is through the content they see online. It’s that easy.<\/p>\n

So now that you have realized the true importance of integrating digital marketing as a fundamental part of your business strategy, we want to share with you 5 trends<\/strong> that you should keep in mind.<\/p>\n

  1. Facebook should not be your best option if your target audience is young.<\/strong> Instagram, Snapchat or Tik Tok might be better alternatives for you if you are trying to seduce generation Z.<\/li>\n
  2. Video, video, video.<\/strong> We are OVERLOADED with information. So why write a long rambling piece of information about your company when you can tell it all in a 2min video? Faster, more direct, more impact. It’s that easy.<\/li>\n
  3. Chatbots could become the next stars of customer service<\/strong>. The social distancing to which we are now forced changes the rules of the game: if you can solve your customers’ doubts remotely, all the better!<\/li>\n
  4. Don’t publish more: publish better.<\/strong> Instagram is already making changes to its algorithms to prioritize quality content, which users save to their collections and comment on.
