These last weeks of confinement have had at least one positive thing for us: <strong>finally<\/strong> companies are starting to realize the importance of digital marketing. <strong>And the fact is that resorting to digital marketing right now is overwhelmingly logical:<\/strong> if your customers are locked up at home, the only way you can reach them is through the content they see online.<\/p>\n<p> It&#8217;s that easy.<\/p>\n<p>So now that you have realized the true importance of integrating digital marketing as a fundamental part of your business strategy, we want to share with you <strong>5 trends<\/strong> that you should keep in mind.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Facebook should not be your best option if your target audience is young.<\/strong>  Instagram, Snapchat or Tik Tok might be better alternatives for you if you are trying to seduce generation Z.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Video, video, video.<\/strong>  We&#8217;re OVERWHELMED with information, so why write a long rambling piece of information about your company when you can tell it all in a 2mn video? Faster, more direct, more impact.   It&#8217;s that easy.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Chatbots could become the next stars of customer service<\/strong>.
