What you usually ask us before we get started.

Does this replace a traditional agency?
It replaces the traditional approach of hiring a social media agency, a PPC agency, a video production company, and a brand consultant separately. We bring it all together into a single system, with a single point of contact and a unified strategy.
Do you work with accommodations outside the Canary Islands?
Yes. The strategic, branding, social media, and campaign aspects are managed remotely from Lanzarote. For audiovisual production, we travel to the client’s location when the project requires it.
Are paid campaigns included?
Yes. Managing and optimizing campaigns on Meta and Google is part of the system. The media budget is separate and is determined in consultation with you based on your business objectives.
Is it necessary to record on-site at the hotel?
We recommend at least one initial video shoot: nothing conveys the essence of a premium accommodation better than its actual atmosphere. The footage produced can then be reused for months on social media and in marketing campaigns.
How long does it take to get started?
The diagnosis and strategy are finalized within the first few weeks. Visible implementation—new content, campaigns, and communications—typically begins between 4 and 6 weeks later.
Does it only work for large hotels?
No. The system is tailored to the size of the property. We work with individual villas, boutique hotels, and operators with multiple properties; what remains consistent is our premium standard.
Can you adapt the system to match the style of my lodging?
It’s the exact opposite of a template: we start with your brand, your product, and your customer. The system is the same, but the visual and narrative expression is uniquely yours.
