What is celebrated on Women’s Day?

Do you know why Women’s Day is celebrated? Today we talk about 7 women who changed history. Officially, 8/3 has been celebrated since the UN set that date in 1975, although women’s protests for their rights date back to more than a century before, officially, at least. 💪 The 8/3 celebrates the conquest of civil rights for women based on much struggle and sacrifice. 💜”Details” that are not, for example: did you know that until 1975 a woman could not open a bank account in her own name without her husband’s consent in Spain? The right to lead a free and independent life, from respect, and towards an egalitarian society. That’s what 8/3 is about. 🌺 So we ask you pleaseporfavorporfavorporfavor…. don’t turn this date into just another commercial date, DON’T use it to try to sell something to your clients!!! Happy Women’s Day!
